FAQ

How does a pre-sale work and when should I expect my order?

This means that we take orders for a specific period of time (e.g. 3 weeks) and then send the order to our printer when the sale ends. It usually takes about a week to get them back from the printer and then we lovingly package and ship your order to you. You can expect to receive your order within 2–3 weeks of the sale end date and we’ll send you an email when it gets shipped out.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds: No, with one exception. If for some crazy reason your order arrives with a defective product (gasp!) we will offer a refund. In this case, please send us an email with your info. Shirt(s) must be returned unworn and unwashed.

Exchanges: No. Since we’re running this as a pre-sale it means we’re only ordering what we sell so we won’t have any extras for exchanges. Make sure you check out the size charts on the product page to insure you order the correct size.

My address is wrong or I ordered the wrong size, how can I fix it?

Send us an email right away and we’ll get it sorted out. If you ordered the wrong size, be sure to contact us prior to the pre-sale ending. Once we’ve sent our order to the printer you will not be able to change the size.

What kind of shirts do you print on and what type of ink will be used?

We print on AmericanApparel Tri-Blend Short Sleeve Track shirts made in the USA and our shirts are screen printed with water-based ink for an extremely soft hand. Also, please note that we’re intentionally having our printer do a light pass with the ink to give the shirts a more vintage look. This means that the print will vary with each shirt.
